Your initial consultation is thorough and focused on understanding you as a whole -discussing your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, sleep, work, exercise, and past injuries or stresses.
A detailed physical examination will follow, including posture and movement assessment, orthopaedic and neurological tests, with x-ray/scans referral if needed.
Report of Findings
Then I will use clear, simple terms to explain your diagnosis. Osteopathy looks beyond symptoms to find the root cause of your pain.
Where osteopathy can help, we’ll discuss a personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan, including how many sessions you may need.
Next Visits
Your regular sessions will use gentle, effective hands-on treatment tailored to your needs, always with your permission. Your treatment plan is designed for safe healing, better understanding of your body, and quick return to your full health.
